1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing AIHelper.dev or engaging AI Helper for engineering, automation, or consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Scope of Services

AI Helper provides technical consulting, software engineering, AI workflow automation, data pipeline development, and cloud/VPS deployment services. Each engagement is governed by an agreed statement of work (SOW) outlining technical specifications, milestones, and deliverable schedules.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

We believe in complete transparency and customer freedom:

• Client Ownership: Upon receipt of agreed milestone or project payments, the client receives 100% full intellectual property ownership, copyright, and title to all bespoke custom software, scripts, schemas, and configurations authored specifically for their project.
• Open-Source Components: Any standard open-source libraries (e.g. FastAPI, LangChain, Node.js packages) used within deliverables remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD).

4. Client Responsibilities & Lawful Use

Clients engaging AI Helper agree to:

• Provide timely technical access, API credentials, and domain verification records required for deployment.
• Ensure that all datasets, documents, and target websites provided for extraction or processing comply with applicable laws, terms of use, and copyright regulations.
• Not use our automation tools or scripts for unauthorized access, spamming, denial of service, or unlawful extraction of protected personal data.

5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Software deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance testing prior to handover. However, due to third-party API changes, network fluctuations, or foundation model behavior, software is provided "as is" with post-deployment verification warranties outlined in individual client agreements.

In no event shall AI Helper be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, API deprecations by third-party model providers, or unforeseen infrastructure outages.
